From September 14th to 16th, the provincial trade union workers' mental health service experience exchange activity sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions was held in Jiangmen City. During the event, the participants visited the psychological service position and the psychological station of employees in Jiangmen City, participated in the roundtable discussion on the effective use of employee mental health services (EAP), exchanged and shared the work experience of employee mental health services, discussed the confusion and problems encountered in the work of mental health services, and how to improve the ability and level of mental health service staff members.
It is reported that in recent years, trade unions at all levels in the province have actively explored new ways, new practices and new channels for the mental health of employees to build staff service centers and workers' spiritual stations, and strengthen mental health services for employees. Up to now, the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions has built 220 "soul stations" in the service positions and industrial parks of provincial, municipal and county trade unions, serving about 110,000 people every year, using 167 psychological service hotlines in the province as the carrier, opening 19 public accounts, Apps or online online service platforms, and building a "no closing" online service platform.
