On November 26, a "speeding party" robbery occurred near the market in Block (4) of Gui Yi Township District in northern Shan State, Myanmar. It was learned from local residents that in this incident, a man who went out to the market was snatched away by two "speeding parties" riding motorcycles.
The robbed party said that I originally planned to go to the market and top up my K-Pay account. In the beginning, I felt like they were watching me, and they easily snatched my phone before the market was downhill. Because of the suddenness of the incident, I only saw the robber in the back seat, who was about 25 years old.
The person went on to say that I did not dare to pursue any further, for fear that they would carry sticks and controlled knives. In October, there was also a knife robbery in the park, and the victim's mobile phone was stolen.
