On September 30, 2020, the Central Environmental Protection Inspector warned of the idling of the disposal project of the Qingninghou Silt Landfill Plant in Tianjin, and the outstanding problems of violations of laws and regulations were reported, and then the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attached great importance to and promoted the rectification of the project, with the goal of completing the rectification target by the end of August this year.
In December 2020, the CCCC First Navigation Bureau Ecological Company, a central enterprise in Guangdong, won the bid for the project and undertook the task of qingninghou sludge disposal, and to eradicate sludge pollution while realizing land reuse.
After winning the bid project last year, ccCC First Navigation Bureau Ecological Company abandoned the conventional factory operation practice after investigation and research, replaced the elevator and transport belt with excavators and environmentally friendly muck trucks, and improved the flexibility of screening and dehydration; at the same time, in the management mode, engineering thinking was also applied to match the modules such as dredging, internal reverse transportation, equipment operation, and sludge export to professional service providers, so that they could perform their respective duties and operate stably and efficiently.
At the same time, the project department has also carried out a total of 6 scientific research projects for the technical problems of high viscosity sludge lifting and screening, the conditioning and curing of landfill stock sludge, and the optimization of process parameters of ultra-high pressure dewatering equipment.
In order to ensure the compliant disposal of sludge, the project department conducted expert demonstration on the process and technology of each disposal path. At present, the project department has expanded 13 units that can dispose of sludge, forming an overall technical route of "sludge screening + sludge conditioning + dewatering and reduction + collaborative disposal".
