According to the person in charge of the Letter and Petition Office of the Minhang District Ecological and Environmental Bureau, the KTV has been operating since December 2020, and its business hours are from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. the next day. After on-site investigation, some areas of the company's business premises are facing residential buildings, and the noise generated during business does affect the residents in the building.
