Points: Lift the knee (left leg) with the inside of the foot and straighten the toes. The support leg (right leg) grasps the center of gravity, so that the five toes grasp the ground and take root under the feet.

Two. Kneel down to drink

Pick up the left leg of the knee and step to the left to form a kneeling drinking style, and the left hand is half-arced from the bottom left from the bottom to the top to form a pouring style, looking at the right hand (Figure 2).

Four. Kneel drunk

Points: This style uses the liquor persuasion style as a tentative hand to attack the opponent's face. If the opponent should not, send a shoulder long arm strike; if you should, hold the opponent's left wrist with your right hand.

Six. Night Fork explores the sea

Pick up the right step and turn around and step on the right back of the foot to kick the leg, the body forms a sea exploration style, the right hand toast style, the left hand chest palm, the body leans forward, looking ahead (Figure 7).

Seven. Dragon Flying

The left leg lands on the ground, turns around and runs five steps into the air, the left kick leg, the right leg in the air buckles the knee, the left leg side plane kicks out, the force runs through the heel, the right hand in the air is on the shelf, the left hand is pushed forward, and the eye looks ahead (Figure 8).

Eight. Gold stranded legs

The left leg is straight up, the right leg is bent at the knee, and the arms are curved palms facing the ground (Figure 9). Nine. Drink heavily

Ten. Bend down to pour wine

The center of gravity is shifted forward, the step is changed, the center of gravity is on the right leg, the forefoot of the left leg is slightly inwardly buttoned, the left hand is in the end of the wine type, and the right hand is in the pouring style (Figure 13).

twelve. Drunkenly drinking

eighteen. Drunken China

Pick-up style; the center of gravity is shifted backwards, the right hand is drunk with wine, the right leg is propped on the ground with one leg, the left leg is raised on the knee, and the body is leaned back, forming a knee-to-knee wine style (Figure 25).

nineteen. Overlord toast

The left leg falls forward, the left foot falls forward, the upper body moves forward from the left forward and to the right; the right hand cup is extended with the right front to make a liquor gesture. Then the right leg moves forward, the upper body moves from the right forward and to the left; the left hand cup is extended with the left front, and then the right step is taken, and the right hand is shot forward in parallel with the toast, the left hand is placed under the right armpit, the right leg is independent, and the left leg is raised to the knee (Figure 26).

twenty. Panlong is drunk

Pick up the upper style; lift the knee and the hind legs to fall forward, take three punches up, follow the footwork, and then the hands dance from the top of the head, the body from left to right to grasp 360 degrees into a sitting plate, the right hand is in the wine style, the left hand is placed on the back side, higher than the head level, and the right hand is seen (Figure 27).

twenty-three. Carp regurgitate

After the top of the head falls to the ground, the legs fall backwards at the same time, and when in the air, they must be carried back to the ground, and when they are on the ground, the carp quickly picks up, and then does it again, so five times in a row. As a high-difficulty skill in martial arts, this movement is exercised through time and sweat, and if it can be achieved, it must be done hard (Figures 32 and 33).

twenty-five. Servant shoulder to shoulder

The center of gravity continues to move forward, leading the shoulders and chest when the hands cannot be supported, and the whole body falls to the ground. Straighten your toes, with the soles of your feet facing upwards, arms outstretched to the sides of your body, two close to your thighs, and then roll over for 1/3 week, your right shoulder raised and shrugned forward, ready to swoop forward and shoulder to the ground, looking forward obliquely (Figures 35, 36). This style alternates between the two shoulders in a row, driving the body forward, four strokes on the left and right, and then the next stroke.

Closing trend

The practitioner's center of gravity shifts forward, the right hand is forward and backward, falling on the right side of the body, the feet are slightly wider than the shoulder, and the head is tilted forward and swung to the right. The upper body swings forward and backward once, with both hands dangling in front of the body side, and the head swinging to the left. The heel lands on the ground, the left foot leans to the right, then stands side by side, with both hands straight, five fingers down to the thigh side, heads up and chest, looking ahead.
