The full name of Sera Temple is "Sera Mahayana Temple".
We came to Sera Monastery, and when we came early, we went to turn the mountain. There are not many tourists who come to the mountain.
Turning the mountain is more tired, fortunately we do not have high reaction. I am glad that I adapted to the environment quickly and did not suffer. My mother thought that I had done enough homework, I had taken Rhodiola rosea oral liquid before leaving Beijing, and let me chew one VC every day, and we lived in Xining for three days in order to slow down the high anti-adaptation plateau climate.

When I came down the hill, my mother said that she was scared to see me so close to the vultures.
My dad opened the way in front, I was sandwiched in the middle, and my mom was last. It took us four hours to go up the mountain and only two hours to go down. After descending the mountain, we had another Tibetan meal at Sera Monastery, and the Tibet tour ended here. (End)
