<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="48" > Dear friends:</h1>

Welcome back to the "Into the Tao Te Ching" meditation activity.

Every day, we will recite a chapter of the Tao Te Ching for you, and at the same time combine the method of meditation with you to enter the scriptures, into the heart, and into life in peace.

Now, please sit down, keep your face straight, and smile. Then, use the five mental methods of "loose, round, unfolding, combining, and still" to visualize one's state.

Yesterday, we shared with you a method of improving meditation: "Shaking the Sea". Today, we will begin to share with you the four important mental methods for improving meditation.

Although the body method of meditation is important, it is not exactly the standard for measuring the meditation technique, and it is not the ultimate to work only on the body method.

Because, from ancient times to the present, no great master has attained enlightenment and liberation through meditation. Whether it is meditation or practice, all we practice is "oneness"—the unity of body and mind, the unity of inside and outside, and then we can "hold one as the world" like a saint.

Therefore, in order to improve the practice of meditation, the first important mental method we need to master is "mind-setting"!

To take care of the heart is to control your own heart, not to let delusions fly and emotions fluctuate.

Someone said, "If the mind cannot be seen, how can it be managed?" ”

The heart is the master of life, it always follows you, of course, this does not refer to the heart of the flesh in the human body, you must be clear about this.

And emotions and thoughts are guests, because they are not in life, and even if they come, they are fleeting, and they will leave in a moment.

So, if you want to be careful, it's like not letting the host run out with the guests, so what to do? The easiest way is to close the door!

Chapter 81 of the Tao Te Ching is the gate that guards our hearts.

In fact, during this 81-day meditation, the "Happy Farmer Meditation" session we shared with you is the way to absorb the mind!

Although this method is simple, it is real and effective, and it is beneficial without any harm.

But because it's so simple, many people don't believe it—they usually just want to believe in mysterious methods that they haven't heard of, that are too complicated to say, or that don't know why. This is the normal mentality of ordinary people.

But true cultivators will find that in fact, the most advanced is always the simplest!

Because the Avenue of Heaven and Earth takes compassion as its nature, they hope that more people will be enlightened and happy, so the road to success is clearly placed in front of us...

The point is, do we have that blessing to go?

In the "Happy Farmer Meditation" session, when you sow quality for yourself and learn the rules every day, you have an additional guardian of your heart gate, and its name is "awareness"!

When a person's awareness arises, he will continue to pay attention to his own mind in his daily life according to quality, and constantly use the law to look in the mirror for himself, this process is "taking the heart".

Over time, when those distractions and emotions are always blocked outside the door, just like the guest knocks on the door, the host should not be the same, and slowly they will come less and less. In this way, you have captured your own heart and gradually regained the status of the master of your own heart.

But the key to "shooting the heart" is to continue to practice in life. Therefore, to learn to use the Tao Te Ching, you cannot shut yourself in a small house to practice.

Otherwise, after practicing for half a day, you feel very quiet, and your heart seems to be motionless. But once you return to the red dust, you may encounter a word or a look from someone else, and you can't stand it. That is, the kung fu is completely gone, and a dream bubble has been repaired. Wouldn't it be a pity that this life and the next life will be walked?

Well, today we will first share the first mental method of improving meditation, "Mind Taking", and in the next few days we will continue to share other mental methods for you.

Now we will move on to Chapter 25 of the Tao Te Ching, "Dao Fa Nature." The original text of this chapter is:

There is a mixture of things, born of heaven and earth. Lonely, independent and unchanging, circumnavigating without dying, can be the mother of heaven and earth. I don't know its name, but the word is known as the Tao, and the name of the strong is great. The great is gone, the passing is far away, and the far is reversed. Therefore, the tao is great, the heavens are great, the earth is great, and the people are also great. There are four great realms, and human beings inhabit one of them. Man Law Earth, Earth Law Heaven, Heaven Law Dao, Dao Law Nature.
