Draw a four-corner box with SolidWorks, the surfaces to use, and the lip margins/grooves to use
author:Great power engineers
Modeling process
1. Draw a spline in the Upview Plane. (Note the horizontal and vertical geometry of the two endpoints)
2. [Surface Extrusion].
3. Draw a spline in the Right View Plane.
4. [Surface Extrusion].
5. Draw a spline curve in the [Forward View Plane], which is the same size as the previous step.
6. Continue [Surface Stretching].
7. New [Datum] Reference: The front view has a right view plane.
8. Draw a spline on the new [Datum]. (The two ends are still horizontal and vertical)
9. [Surface Fill] Edge Setting: Tangent - Applied to all edges.
9-1. Constraint curve: pink spline curve.
10. Delete/Retain Entity.
11. Create a new [Datum Axis], select: Forward View, Right View Plane.
12. [Circumferential Array] Solid, quantity: 4.
13. [Surface stitching].
14. [Thickening].
15. [Mirror] entity.
16. [Lip Edge/Groove] Groove Body: Upper Half; Lip Edge Solid: Bottom Half; Plane: Upper View Plane; Groove Selection - Face that Generates Groove: Face with 1.5 Thickness; Edge: Inner Edge.
16-1. Lip edge selection - generate the face of the lip edge: end face; edge line: inner edge line; finally enter the parameters. (There will be an error prompt, regardless of whether he continues to be sure)
16-2. What it looks like after it is cut open.
17. Done.
17-2. Use [Move/Copy] to move the upper body away from the graphic.
