Stephanie Mahhammer: The real fitness Cinderella
Born in Germany, Stephanie Maherhammer was not very active as a child, but grew up overweight. By the age of 12, she was no longer satisfied with her appearance.
Stephanie tried to lose weight and starve herself, but these efforts only led to her returning to her old habits a few days later, which is exactly what happens to people who suddenly start reducing their calorie content and hope for quick results.
Due to her excess weight, Stephanie began to have problems with her knees and hips. This was the catalyst for Stephanie to start working out at the gym and counting calories. In 2002, at the age of 13, she started working out in fitness.
After training for nearly 3 hours a day, Stephanie finally began to notice progress and lose body fat, which motivated her to continue training harder. For the next 14 years, she worked hard to sculpt the figure of her dreams.
By 2016, 27-year-old Stephanie had made incredible physical progress. She completed her transformation, found a figure to be proud of, and transformed from Cinderella into a real fitness princess.
It was at this point that Stephanie started posting photos and videos of her gym workouts, inspiring fans around the world to live a healthy lifestyle.
After Stephanie shared her story online, she is now considered a role model and fitness icon. She is especially known for her stunning legs, hips, and arms.
During the day, girls eat mostly low-carb foods, lots of healthy fats, green vegetables, and a small amount of protein. In the evening after a workout, she replenishes her carbohydrate stores according to her needs, depending on the intensity of Stephanie's training that day.
Fitness Cinderella plans her diet based on organic lean protein, healthy fats, and green vegetables. She tries to keep carbohydrate intake to a minimum, except for eating after exercise.
What we can learn from Stephanie's story is that anyone can change their constitution, regardless of genetics or starting point. She started her journey as an overweight teenager, but after years of hard work, she created an incredible figure.
