On July 22, 1991, Jeffrey Lionel Damo was arrested and imprisoned again, not unlike the other prisons in his 30-year life. It's just that on the day of the trial, there were a few more reporters who liked to ask questions and take pictures indiscriminately; It's just that the judge is confused and doesn't know how to sentence him; It's just that tens of thousands of people of color broke out outside the courtroom.
Jeffrey indifferently admitted the fact that he killed 17 people and cooked, accepted the 957-year sentence very indifferently, and walked to prison very indifferently.

Speaking of Jeffrey, maybe you don't have much impression, maybe I should call him by his name in the film and television work "The Silence of the Lambs": Hannibal. But Hannibal in the movie is far less terrifying than the real-life Jeffrey.
On July 22, 1991, two officers on patrol witnessed a black man covered in blood, naked and handcuffed on his back, his name was Tracy Adele. He kept crying that someone was going to kill him and dig out his heart to eat.
Adele took the police to an apartment, knocked on the door, and opened the door by a very white-looking, even somewhat handsome white young man, who said very calmly: If you want the key to his handcuffs, be in the back room. The police, looking for the direction pointed by the man, arrived in the room, and the two police officers were immediately stunned, this room is simply hell on earth. As soon as I walked in, it was all large and small jars, and the jars contained human tissue, or the root of life, or the palm, or the head.
These things are scattered all over the apartment, some are frozen, some are cooked, some are even made into specimens, and some are made into statues. The devil is coming
According to the script, every troubled child should have a miserable childhood and a family full of problems, but life is not a TV series. Jeffrey's family was normal, and his childhood did not suffer much. Strictly speaking, the serious trauma to him may be that his parents divorced, and his father found a stepmother, but this stepmother is very good to him and can't fault it.
Somehow, Jeffrey has been fascinated by animal carcasses since he was a child, and often kills some small animals as specimens. And he learned to drink heavily at a young age of 15. Later, because his behavior was so strange, his father wanted him to be normal, so he suggested that he go to the army. But after joining the army, he was sent to Germany, and during his service, he was found to have crossed the line, such as making some very lewd actions in front of others, and was later officially retired from the military for indecency. But his parents did not give up the idea of making him normal, and in order to change his ways, they simply let him move in with his grandmother. His grandmother lived on a farm similar to the countryside, more remote.
In the summer of 1978, Jeffrey's mind already had some more perverted ideas, and he hoped that a real person could face him face to face and become his sex slave. And at this moment, the first victim appeared, this is an 18-year-old teenager named Steven, at first Steven and Jeffrey got along very well, they chatted and drank, got along very well, and within a few days the two had sex. While Jeffrey was intoxicated, "Oh, I found someone who liked me, and I had an intimate relationship with him," Steven felt the time was up and got up to leave. This completely overwhelmed Jeffrey, who almost subconsciously picked up the weight and knocked him unconscious from the back of Steven's head, probably thinking that this would keep Steven by his side. Jeffrey panicked, and he hadn't figured out what to do with the body, so he had to smuggle Steven's body back to his grandmother's house. Secondary crime

At this time, Jeffrey found that he seemed to have killed someone, but he was unusually calm because all he was thinking about was how to dispose of the corpse. He prepared a large suitcase and carried the body to the basement, where it was "destroyed".
The following month, he caught a glimpse of a 14-year-old victim in a nightclub, using the same modus operandi. And throughout the crime, he likes to record the whole process with his camera. He later explained that these were very good-looking young men, and he wanted to record them when they were complete, which meant that having these pictures would allow him to reminisce about what it was like to have them.
Serial crime
In 1988, Jeffrey killed a third victim, by which time Jeffrey was completely unable to control his desire to kill. In the fall, his grandmother noticed a constant foul smell coming from the basement downstairs, and she had often seen Jeffrey and strange men in and out of the house, and her grandmother became suspicious. And Jeffrey has used the excuse of cooking experiments again and again to prevaricate. In the end, the grandmother couldn't bear to invite him out. 13 people were killed in one year
In January 1989, Jeff UBS was sentenced to one year in prison. Because he had to wait for the sentencing time, he had to move back to his grandmother's house. Psychologists later analyzed that Jeffrey's behavior of eating human flesh is actually a kind of possessiveness. In the part where he disposes of the corpse, there is actually a very scary point, that is, he has always wished that he had a living slave, and he also hoped that the other party could have some interaction with him. So when he was dealing with these drugged people, he had tried that if he could keep them alive, as long as they didn't resist, he could be willing to keep them alive.
But these experiments he did will fail, causing these people to die in pain, what experiment did he do? For example, when he knocks people unconscious, he will take an electric drill and drill a hole directly into their heads, and at the same time there is a hole, he wants to pour something into them so that they can continue to live. But it is conceivable that no matter what is poured in, whether it is soup or alcohol, it is completely useless, and these people will eventually die a very painful death.
The end
After her arrest on July 22, 1991, Jing Fang had a total of 17 victims, at least ten of whom were black men, and two of whom were of Asian descent. As soon as this case came out, the whole society knew about this gay murderer. This provoked serious racial antagonism, and on November 28, 1994, while serving his sentence, Jeffrey was beaten to death by a black man.
Jeffrey is dead, and it's far from over. Most of the 17 victims of Jeffrey mentioned earlier are people of color, including two Asians, and Jeffrey's criteria for selecting victims are not only their appearance, but also for various reasons that they are people of color, and colored people are seriously despised in which era. Although the disappearance of people was not a trivial matter in those times, Jeffrey has been safe and sound for more than a decade, because he is wearing white skin.
After the first victim disappeared, Jeffrey was already under investigation by U.S. police. But in the end, the police determined that he was a good law-abiding citizen and released him, and even if a family member reported the case and pointed the finger at Jeffrey, it was not resolved because of the identity gap between colored people and whites. During Jeffrey's move to the apartment, the black landlord repeatedly called the police for hearing distress and smelling stench, but the officers ignored them. Even after the arrest, the U.S. government only demolished the apartment of the black landlord in the name of the park to cover up the truth, and the park was nothing more than an empty document.
Ironically, after Jeffrey's incident spread, the media even promoted him as a fiercely racist fighter, sought after by a large number of white youths as leaders. Even in prison, Jeffrey can receive greeting card gifts from fans. His father wrote Jeffrey's story into a book, sold it on sale, and even many film companies bid for the rights to shoot the film, to produce a special movie, Jeffrey has also repeatedly appeared on the cover of magazines and weeklies. People seem to have forgotten that this was an ogre who killed 17 people. What is even more ironic is that two police officers in the community who failed to handle the case at that time were reinstated after a month of suspension by public opinion, and even selected as the best police officer at the end of the year. Although Jeffrey is dead, his "relics" are still circulating in the market, his eyes were auctioned for $50,000, and his childhood home, Kitaichi, was sold for $329,000, where he first killed at the age of 18.
