Strengthen learning and training. We should persist in incorporating the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on United Front Work" and the laws and regulations and policies of the united front into the study content of the central group for theoretical study of party committees and the teaching content of party schools, create a good social atmosphere in the whole region in which everyone knows about the united front, everyone declares traditional war, and everyone supports the united front, so as to lay a solid ideological foundation for opening up a new situation in united front work.
Focus on activity leadership. Carry out the "One Heart+" activity in depth, guide the members of the united front of the region to unify their thoughts and actions with the decision-making and deployment of the district committee, and achieve precise integration in helping rural revitalization, private enterprise development and other central work of the district committee. Regularly hold joint meetings of non-public economic member units, on-site office meetings of non-public enterprises, and government-enterprise-bank-enterprise matchmaking meetings, listen to the voices of enterprises, relieve difficulties in a timely manner, and strive to promote the healthy development of the private economy.
Do a solid job in the work of national unity and progress. With forging the sense of the Chinese national community as the main line, carry out in-depth activities to create ethnic unity and progress, and promote exchanges, exchanges and blending among all ethnic groups.
Make every effort to maintain harmony and stability in the religious field. Adhere to the direction of sinicization of religions on the mainland, accelerate the construction of demonstration sites for sinicization of religions, and actively guide religions to adapt to socialist society.
Actively expand the overseas united front work of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. Strengthen the unity and ties between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots and overseas Chinese compatriots, deepen various services, and let the fruits of reform and development benefit overseas Chinese and returned overseas Chinese relatives in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Strengthen the building of the contingent of non-party representatives. Improve the database of non-party representatives in the region, issue and formulate the "Training Plan for Non-Party Cadres in Tongchuan District, Dazhou City of the Communist Party of China (2022-2024)", give play to the role of the joint meeting system of the Organization Department and the United Front Work Department of the district committee, achieve policy implementation, system implementation, and funding guarantee "three in place", and strive to make new breakthroughs in the allocation and use of non-party cadres.
Strengthen the organization and building of democratic parties and united front work groups. Strengthen contact and communication with democratic parties and personages without party affiliation, and establish a "feedback mechanism for democratic parties and personages without party affiliation in Tongchuan District to know and understand politics." Guide democratic parties and united front groups to strengthen their own construction, formulate the "2022 General Branch of Democratic Parties (Grassroots Committees) and United Front Groups Transition Work Proposal Plan", assist democratic parties and united front groups in carrying out preparations for the transition of office, and ensure a smooth political transition.
Strengthen the building of the contingent of united front cadres. 19 township (neighborhood committee) united front work members and 199 village (community) united front work liaison officers were selected and assigned to achieve full coverage of united front work.
