Meghan Markle admitted that before interviewing Paris Hilton, the hotel heiress grew up to be "pretty".
The Duchess of Sussex spoke to Hilton on this week's podcast episode about the prototype of "Bimbert" but admitted to Variety that she entered the discussion with negative opinions.
"I'm embarrassed to admit it, but my judgment of her is based on everything I see, and I don't like coming from a place where judgment comes out," Markle told the outlet.
"I've been a smart person since I was a kid. When I think of Paris, a lot of things that end up thinking are jealousy and judgment – two of the most dangerous things," Markle explains.
Markle, 41, insisted that Hilton's appearance in the "archetype" was for "her humanity" rather than a "defense" of her.
"I don't care what situation you're in — if a 16-year-old boy or girl, or a woman in the workplace, feels objectified or dehumanized because their character is mistorted," Markle added
Hilton, 41, has transformed from "Simple Life" reality TV star into a woman advocating for change who allegedly faced sexual abuse at a Provo Canyon school in Utah as a teenager.
"When they held me down, I cried, 'No! They just say, 'Shut up. Be quiet. Stop struggling or you'll go to Obs," Hilton wrote on Twitter, adding, "It's important to open up to these painful moments so I can heal and help end this abuse." ”
