According to the "Mirror" news on March 19, Paris Hilton revealed that Princess Diana is her "idol" and she hopes to be like her.
The hotel heiress has previously said she wants to be seen as a member of American royalty growing up.
But when she was 19 years old, her love video with her ex-boyfriend Rick Solomon was exposed, and her dream of becoming Princess Diana was shattered.
Although the tape made the socialite superstar and one of the most famous figures of the first decade of the 21st century, Paris said the tape was sold without her consent.
She claims that the continuation of the recording damaged her reputation and made her lose hope at the time.
In an upcoming interview with Magic Radio Breakfast, Hilton, 42, also said she felt "heartbroken" that Prince Harry had lost his mother so young.
When asked if she had read Prince Harry's autobiography, The Standby, Paris replied: "I've read the book and I've seen the show."
"He went through so much that I can't imagine losing my mother – Princess Diana has always been one of my idols."
"It hurts me that they have to go through something like this, and I know what's going on in the media."

In January, Paris announced that she was pregnant with a son, and she herself had just become a new mother.

She first revealed her son's name on the This Is Paris podcast, saying, "His name is Phoenix Barron Hilton Reme."
She explained that Phoenix stands for "hope, rebirth and transformation," and she chose the middle name in honor of her late grandfather, Barron Hilton.
"He has always been my mentor, I have great respect for my grandfather, we have a close relationship and I miss him every day, so I wrote his name in my son's name in his honor," Paris said.
Paris revealed her plans to have another child in the future, and she now plans to have a little girl.
