The billionaire entrepreneur listed two spare homes in just one week, a $5.3 million Hidden Hills property and a $3.5 million Calabasas apartment.

The founder of Skims will leave with a good profit. The reality TV star and entrepreneur bought a Hidden Hills property for $2.97 million in 2019.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment in Calabasas was bought for $1.6 million, and its entire walls were painted in Kanye West colors. According to the Washington Post, "Both of her properties are useless, so it makes sense to sell them." Hidden Hills Residences spans 1.5 acres and consists of a main residence with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The huge Yin Shan property spans nearly 4,000 square feet. Luxury facilities are surrounded by a spa, a swimming pool, a covered terrace with built-in barbecue grills and a four-car garage. There is also a four-pen barn, harness, feed room and a horse pens area.
