I am Kang Wei, secretary of the second party branch of the six intelligent systems of electronics (formerly known as the high-tech electronics institute and the command and control institute), graduated from the six electronic institutes in 2011 with a graduate degree in computer application, with the affection for the six institutes and the dream of achieving a career, when I graduated, I chose to stay in the institute and was assigned to the high-tech system department - the earliest department engaged in high-tech business of the sixth electronic institute. Eleven years have passed, I have grown from a newly graduated master's degree student to a technical backbone and middle-level cadre, and the six high-tech businesses of electronics have also grown from a dozen people and millions of contracts to a business team with an annual revenue of 250 million and nearly 100 people. As a witness to the development of the high-tech business of the six electronic institutes, looking back over the years, it is not only a great stride for the six electronic institutes, but also of great significance to me.
Transformation and breakthrough, we embarked on the road of scientific research and strengthening
In 2015, the six electronic institutes began to start a second business, taking high-tech business as a breakthrough point for transformation and development, inspired by the spirit of "hard work, uplifting, innovation and development", the leaders of the new six institutes with the spirit of "catching up with the exam", led our high-tech business market and technical personnel to run the market, find projects, select breakthroughs, deep cultivation, too many projects are the first attempt. In order to develop the business, the whole firm worked together and worked overtime to obtain several important qualifications in a short period of time, which provided an important guarantee for business development. Our branch is a joint branch composed of market departments, scientific research and production, comprehensive and other departments, and has developed domestic integrated accusation platform products, smart service products, situation monitoring systems, localized measurement and development command and monitoring systems, etc., gradually building an industry-leading general command and display system architecture, forming core technologies, and has participated in various national key project tasks. With its excellent design, stable and reliable operation, the system has been highly recognized by leaders at all levels, and its China-made chemical measurement and development command and monitoring system has won the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award.

Gathering strength, we go from "no talent" to talent "incubator"
At the beginning of the development of high-tech business, there were only about a dozen people, and they were in a situation of "no talent". In order to solve the fundamental problem of talents, under the leadership of the party committee of the institute, the high-tech business implements the strategy of "strengthening the institute with talents", and quickly gathers a group of business leaders, business backbones and new scientific research forces from scientific research institutes, well-known enterprises and key universities through "vigorously attracting talents". In key core technological innovation and other fields, explore the establishment of a mechanism of "revealing the leader" and "dare to use talents"; In the process of scientific research and engineering projects, "carefully cultivating talents" has changed the situation of "no talents" in just two or three years. With the development of business, High-tech Business has also expanded the industrial control safety product business team, and sent leaders and dozens of talents to six follow-up new business segments. In the past two years, we have provided nearly 30 technical backbone and middle-level cadres for major projects, and in addition, 1 cadre has taken up the leadership position of the third-level company under the group company. The talent development of the branch also helps the high-quality development of the enterprise. The members of the branch worked hard day and night, gradually moving towards different business sectors to take on heavy responsibilities, breaking through a number of core technologies, creating a variety of core products, and the company's high-tech business has also developed steadily.

Sharpening our skills, we build a team with strong conviction and able to fight tough battles
Since 2015, I have been serving as the secretary of the branch, and have experienced the process of branch construction from weak to standardized and standardized in the process of strictly administering the party in an all-round way. In the work of the branch, I adhere to the problem orientation and actively explore the integration of party building and production and operation. In view of the difficulties in organizing activities, the lack of awareness of party members, and the lack of cohesion caused by the large number of young party members and frequent business trips of party members, we should grasp the three phases of "temporary," "concentrated," and "tackling tough problems," carry out work in a down-to-earth manner, and lay a solid foundation for the work of the branch. During the period of tackling tough problems in scientific research, production and engineering projects, when the time is tight and the tasks are heavy, a commando team of party members is set up in a timely manner, and cadres take the lead in rushing to the front to ensure that the task is advanced and completed on schedule. During the epidemic, in order to ensure the progress of the project, party members of the branch took the lead in "living" at the project site, some for several months, and could not take care of family affairs. When conditions are tough, some sleep directly on the ground when they are tired, while others sleep on the sloping stairs. In order to develop and contact new projects, the marketing personnel who originally traveled for short business trips sometimes took fifteen days for isolation on a business trip and dozens of days at a time. Through years of sustained efforts, the party members of the branch have taken on a completely new spiritual outlook, strong political awareness and strong cohesion, and the party branch has given full play to its role as a fighting fortress.
