The reason why it is called "Jiaqing Monument" is because there is a plum tree in this courtyard, which was brought to Japan to be planted after the fruit was collected from jiaqingfang in the Luoyang Royal Garden before xinyue dongdu, and was called "Jiaqing tree" after growing. More than three hundred years have passed, and the plum tree has long since withered, but the monument is still there.

Inside the memorial pavilion is a statue of Zen Master Higashigao Shinkoshi presented by Theo Higashigashi, who presided over the Kannon Temple in Tottori Prefecture, Japan, on behalf of the Japanese religious community.
