Typhoons passed through, and severe flooding occurred in the border provinces of Vietnam.

Typhoon Ma'an, the 9th typhoon of this year, moved into the northern waters of the Beibu Gulf yesterday (August 25) evening, and then continued westward, making landfall again off the coast of Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam, around 10 p.m. yesterday evening, with a maximum wind force of 8 (20 m/s, tropical storm level) and a minimum pressure of 998 hPa at the center.

Today, although the typhoon has crossed the border, it has left a very serious "sequelae", and floods have occurred in many cities and counties in Quang Ninh Province, and the eastern region is particularly tragic.

Many areas of Pingliao Town are separated by floodwaters

Authorities set up roadblocks nearby

It is forbidden for people to pass through the floodway to avoid dangerous accidents.

Urban roads were cut off by floods

Rescue vehicles cannot pass

Relevant departments dispatched rescue boats to the flood-stricken areas

Natural disasters are merciless, and there is affection in the world.
