At the same time, Taiwan's Chung Hua University also issued another statement on the same day, in which president Liu Weiwei expressed respect for the decision of the review committee to revoke Lin Zhijian's master's degree and expressed deep regret.
The statement said that Lin Zhijian's master's thesis violated academic ethics, and the instructor could not blame it.
