A few days ago, The Swedish supercar brand Koenigsegg officially released the new supercar CC850 at the Pebble Beach Auto Show. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the launch of the brand's first model, the CC8S, and coincides with the 50th birthday of the brand's founder, Christian von Koenigsecker, so this time the official choice was made to present a new 50-unit CC850 supercar at this year's Pebble Beach Motor Show. The new car will be powered by a 5.0L V8 twin-turbo engine with a maximum output of 1,385 horsepower.

The new Koenigsegg CC850 (inquiry base price |chachaft) inherits the classic family style launched since CC8S, including streamlined body shape, over-clad front windshield, and teardrop-shaped cockpit space, and the taillights are different from the factory's current models, but pay tribute to the early CCR/CCX models.

The new car's side styling continues the flip-up door design, while the detachable roof is also retained, the bead part is used in the front 20 inches, the rear 21 inches front and rear ingestion, equipped with carbon ceramic brake system inside, calipers using front 6, rear 4 piston configuration.

At the rear, the new taillight shape echoes the headlights group, and the exhaust tailpipes remain in the middle of the layout, combined with the large air diverter design below. The rear wing also incorporates the popular active function, which can be automatically raised at high speeds to improve driving stability.

The interior continues the family-based symmetrical central control layout as in the past, and a large number of carbon fiber materials are used to lay out, while the dashboard still maintains the traditional analogy style, which is very mechanical. The up-to-date central control vertical screen also integrates many audio and video functions and air conditioning systems, but the traditional physical buttons are also retained below to open the doors, hood and rear luggage tailgates respectively.

In terms of power performance, the CC850 is equipped with a 5.0L V8 twin-turbo engine, with a maximum horsepower of 1385 hp and a maximum torque of 1385 N·m, benefiting from the use of a large number of carbon fiber composite materials, and the weight of the car is as low as 1385 kg. In addition, one of the biggest highlights of the new car is the use of the latest ESS (Engage Shift System) mating shift system, which can switch between 6-speed manual or 9-speed automatic transmissions, and you can choose between hot and easy driving or comfortable thinking.
