We invited Yantai Central Asia Zhibao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to tell us the story of the "Central Asia Zhibao Exploration Series Report"

Second, take root in Yantai

It is said that the court of the Southern Song Dynasty, in a corner of peace, was shaken by wind and rain, and finally fell under the iron hooves of the Mongol army. In the chaos of the war, the formula of the Supreme Treasure Three Whip Pills was also lost to the people.

The wheel of history turned into the early twentieth century, and Wang Richang, a famous doctor in Jiangnan, found this prescription in the practice of medicine, and he often saw miraculous results. Wang Richang apprenticed in a Shaoxing pharmacy in his youth, and after obtaining this formula, he regarded it as the most precious treasure, so he took this party north and practiced medicine in Shanghai, Vladivostok and other places for more than ten years. In 1930, Mr. Wang Lao opened the "Lao Cun Ren Tang" pharmacy in Yantai, and while practicing medicine, he produced and sold dozens of proprietary Chinese medicines, of which zhibao three whip pills were the treasures of his town store, which were well received by users. When the price of zhibao three whip pills is expensive, most of them are taken by dignitaries and dignitaries.

Born in the rich land of Jiangnan and traveling all over the north and south of the Great River in China, why did he finally choose Yantai, a treasure land, to make a living? Originally, although Yantai at that time was the land of projectiles, it was a transit hub for southern medicine to go north and northern medicine to the south, an important trade port connecting China and foreign countries, and its status in the pharmaceutical industry was comparable to that of beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and other big cities. Southern medicine and northern medicine converge here, and it is not difficult to get together no matter how difficult it is to dispense prescriptions here.

According to historical records, Yantai was one of the five major ports in the mainland in the spring and autumn. From the Qin to the Tang Dynasty, Dengzhou became one of the three major sea outlets to Korea and Japan. Most of the Silla merchants and Japanese "envoys" sailed north and landed in coastal ports such as Dengzhou. During the Tang Dynasty, Yantai coastal ports were the starting point of the mainland's maritime "Silk Road" with Korea and Japan. During the Song Dynasty, coastal ports such as Dengzhou trade with Korea flourished as never before. During the Yuan Dynasty, the "southern grain and northern transportation" changed from inland shipping to sea transportation, and Zhifu and Dengzhou became prosperous commercial ports on the main shipping north-south waterway. In 1861, Yantai opened the port, successively set up the East Customs General Customs, Yantaikou East Customs, in the following decades, Yantai became the only open port in Shandong Province, at that time, jinji Luyu and the southern coastal provinces, northeast provinces of the import and export of materials through Yantai. By the end of the Qing Dynasty and the early years of the Republic of China, passenger ships in Yantai Port could reach Hong Kong, Shanghai, Incheon, Dalian, Andong, Vladivostok and other places. Among them, the Russian steamship with direct access to Vladivostok arrived in 5 days

At that time, Yantai was full of drug numbers. In 1840, there were 97 Chinese medicine stores in Shandong Province, and Yantai (district) accounted for 12. In 1911, there were 911 Chinese medicine pharmacies and 85 in Yantai in the province, ranking second among all cities. In 1949, there were 7494 Chinese medicine stores in the province and 1507 in Yantai, ranking first.

Therefore, whether it is Korean ginseng on the Korean Peninsula, sika deer (antlers and whips) in the northeast, sea dog whips in Vladivostok (North Pacific), shang agarwood in the south, or large clams in the South China Sea, it is not difficult to buy in Yantai. More importantly, the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea at that time produced fur seals. The Republic of China edition of the "Muping County Chronicle" records: sea dogs, that is, fat beasts. Shaped like a dog, with a long tail, it floats on the surface of the water in case of sunrise, and the medicinal theory is called a fur seal. ... ... Its kidneys are called the umbilicus, which is a nourishing medicine... Fishermen in this county went out to sea and once found seal seals. In this way, the most difficult to formulate one-flavor medicinal material sea dog whip in the Zhibao Three Whip Pills has landed in Yantai

After careful consideration, Mr. Wang settled in Yantai, and did not have the worries of making the Zhibao Three Whip Pills "no rice cooking" in the past. Since then, the imperial court has gradually entered the public's field of vision, and thus the three whips series of health products such as zhibao three whip pills, zhibao three whips wine, and three whips tonic wine in Yantai Central Asia Have been born.
