Located in the northern foothills of Qinling Mountains and on the banks of the Liyu River, Liyukou Village adheres to the concept of "ecology + cultural tourism + industry" integrated development, takes the labor education base as the carrier, integrates and utilizes the idle land in the village, circulates 104 acres of idle land through the village shareholding economic cooperative, and works with Shaanxi Oriental Jiahe to jointly build a research and travel and labor education practice base for primary and secondary school students in Xi'an, and builds vegetable greenhouses, grape science popularization corridors, glass greenhouses, rain shelters, happy farms, landscape fields and other facilities. At present, there are 81 beautiful villages and 13,000 beautiful courtyards in Enyi District, and the villages of Baliping, Liyukou and Caijiapo have won the title of provincial beautiful and livable demonstration villages.

In Xi'an City, Enyi District took the lead in building the "one station and three centers" for qinling protection, completed the ecological restoration of the Huangbaiyu Mine and the demolition and rectification of 7 small hydropower stations, and the number of days with excellent air quality in 2021 was 264 days, an increase of 5 days year-on-year. The centralized collection, effective treatment and harmless treatment rate of 32 administrative villages in the northern foothills of Qinling Mountains have reached 100%, and ecological advantages are becoming the core competitiveness of Enyi District.
The data show that in the past three years, the population of winged fruit oil trees, a rare and endangered plant in Enyi District, has increased by 10 times, and the Qinling antelope herd and Sichuan golden snub-nosed monkey have been discovered successively, and for the first time, buckwheat leaf large lilies and Qinling xue have been found, which confirms the continuous improvement of the ecological environment of Qinling Mountains.
At the same time, the improvement of the ecological environment of Qinling Mountains also makes the green water and green mountains both beautiful and valuable, promotes the deep integration of ecology, production and life in Enyi District, and promotes the ecological environmental protection and high-quality development of Qinling Mountains.
