Wang Weiliang from the School of Special Education of Beijing Union University wrote in Braille "Salute to the Olympics, salute world peace, run to Paris, France!" After writing this Braille, he said excitedly: "I hope that everyone will come out, run together, run out of themselves, run out of health, and meet the Paris Olympics together." ”
Visually impaired runner Wang Dongdong insisted on exercising for 7 years, his weight dropped from 210 pounds to 156 pounds, 300 push-ups per day, and completed ten full horses, thirty or forty half horses. As the "eyes" of visually impaired runners, the accompanying volunteers are particularly important, Zheng Lichao said: "We use our hearts to understand them, perceive them, become their 'eyes', and hope that more volunteers will join the volunteer service of accompanying running." ”

"Running to Paris, Paying Tribute to the Olympic Spirit" campaign began on June 23, 2022, the International Olympic Day, in beijing Olympic Declaration Square and various running and fitness venues in various cities across the country, such as sports fields, outdoor parks and school community stadiums, etc. After five stages, it will end at the opening of the Paris Olympic Games on July 26, 2024, and open the online and offline synchronization mode.
As of 12:00 noon on July 26, schools and communities in 358 cities at home and abroad participated in the event in the form of "6.23 km +" cumulative running through the Yue Running Circle APP, including 7 cities in Japan, Italy, Greece, the United States, Malaysia, Canada and other countries. According to the data, more than 450,000 people have participated through the Yue Running Circle APP, with a cumulative mileage of more than 10.86 million kilometers.
