This Long Vacation by Pied is an adaptation of classic American movies and TV series, and legend has it that Mr. Bean's actions were learned from Paul "Pee Wee" Reubens. The characters have Chaplin-like exaggerated movements at first glance but no comedic effect, and the props are mostly replicated in the sixties, with Beetles, vintage suits, clocks, tube television, and even shots faintly yellowed. But it's really not comedy at all!
