Orestanda
Orrestranda
The longest beach in Norway
Orrestranda Blue Flag Beach is almost five kilometres long and is located just outside the city of Stavanger in Jæren and is the longest beach in Norway.
Jaylen Beach is a long stretch of beach on the west coast of Norway. The 70 km long beach spans north and south and is rich in flora, fauna and cultural landscapes.
Photo:FB@Visit Jæren
If the Jaylen Beaches are a string of pearls, Orestanda Beach is one of the brightest!
Orestanda is also a sports lover's paradise. It has some of the best surf conditions in Norway and is close to Iceland's high seas, so there is no land area where waves can be destroyed. With warmer waters and relatively small waves, even beginners can easily try it 🏄

Ramberg Stranda
Rambergstranda
Oil paintings are generally beautiful
Lofoten
On the village of Ramberg,
There are fairytale chalets,
Charming mountain peaks,
There is also a whole stretch of white sand beach
- Ramberg Stranda Beach.
Photo:ins@rosanorge
A crescent-shaped white sand beach, washed by the crystal clear turquoise sea... But Ramberg is not a tropical region, it is located within the Arctic Circle. The green mountains that tower outside the beach may remind you of Hawaii or Tahiti, but they are covered in snow for most of the year.
Photo:ins@janfinstad
Being located so far north has its advantages.
During the summer months,
Ramberg is a great place to catch the midnight sun.
In winter, it is the world's best place to see
One of the best locations for the Northern Lights.

Rent a wetsuit and bring a fishing rod,
Grab your kayak and get into the water!
If you're lucky, you'll catch a Norwegian fish or two.

Hidden red gems
For many people,
The beach is touched by the sun
Synonymous with white sand beaches.
But in Norway, you can find it
A unique red beach – Mielë.
Photo:ins@janfinstad62
And others are endowed by iron elements
Different colors of red sand beaches,
The red color of this beach comes from
Infiltration of garnet minerals.
The shades of red on the beach will follow
Weather conditions and light reflections change.

The reason why Norway has so many pristine beaches,
It is inseparable from the Norwegians' emphasis on beach protection.
Every year on 5 May is Norway's national "Beach Cleanup Day",
From 30 April to 6 May is Beach Cleaning Week.

Norway's protection of beaches is certainly not only on these special days, but also throughout.
Once the Sjøbadet beach in the city of Moss lost its eligibility to fly the Blue Flag in 2016 due to fjord pollution, the City of Moss attached great importance to the clean-up work, invested in an expensive beach cleaner, and in 2018, the beach returned to the Blue Flag list.
