Yuncheng, December 7 (reporter Yang Yongsheng) reporter learned from the Yuncheng Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Development Center that on December 2, at the "First China Beef High-quality Beef Tasting Conference" held in Beijing, the Jinnan beef samples recommended by the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and provided by the Yuncheng National Jinnan Cattle Genetic Resources Conservation Center won the honorary title of "Recommended Brand for High-quality Beef Production" awarded by the Organizing Committee of the Conference. The organizing committee is in the participating 13 provinces and 22 breeds (groups) of beef cattle, after the expert group conducted a strict physical and chemical index and sensory index review of the participating beef cattle, it was determined that 6 local breeds of cattle, including Jinnan cattle and Luxi cattle, won this honorary title. "Jinnan cattle" is one of the five excellent local cattle breeds in China, which is a combined breed of serving meat, with Yongji, Linyi, Wanrong, Hejin and Jishan as the central production area. At present, the four-level breeding system of Jinnan cattle breeding, breeding, expansion and commodity production, with the Yuncheng National Jinnan Cattle Genetic Resources Gene Protection Center as the source, has been gradually improved, and the sales network of slaughtering, processing, e-commerce, supermarkets and restaurants has been gradually established.
