"Here is the hell of the poor in Asia, here is the paradise of the rich in Europe and the United States" - "yellow gambling and drugs" are rampant in the local area, and white people are seeking pleasure in the local area; And poverty and instability are the main themes of this country – this is Cambodia.
Locally, murders and prostitutes in the streets are daily talk, and depravity and confusion are written in the eyes of children.
After nearly a hundred years of colonial rule, Cambodia has forgotten what its roots are, idle people are everywhere, and smashing and looting are commonplace.
However, chaos is not Cambodia's intention, and it is also helpless to become the pornographic capital of Southeast Asia, and the initiator of all this is the United States.
So, what about the turmoil and chaos in Cambodia? Why did it become a paradise for white people? How did the United States contribute to the situation?

I. The Phase of All Beings: Turmoil and Chaos Coexist
The Kingdom of Cambodia has a long history and once had a splendid civilization, and the famous Angkor Wat is famous all over the world.
However, Cambodia is also a miserable country with many disasters. In modern times, it has been repeatedly invaded by external forces, the country is in turmoil, and the people are not happy.
In the 19th century, Cambodia was forced to sign the Franco-Cambodian Treaty, becoming France's "overseas protectorate", and has been sent under the fence ever since.
During World War II, Japan invaded Asian countries, abolished the French colonial administration in Vietnam and Cambodia, and established its own puppet government, and almost all of Southeast Asia was occupied by it.
After the surrender of World War II, Japanese power gradually withdrew, and France made a comeback.
It wasn't until 1953 that Cambodia truly ended French colonial rule.
But not long after the days of stability, Vietnam invaded Cambodia in the 1980s and occupied Phnom Penh (the capital of Cambodia), bringing a new round of turmoil.

Cambodia has been repeatedly invaded by external forces, which has also caused internal rifts, partisan strife, repeated regime changes, and internal turmoil.
In 1970, at the instigation of the United States, Lon Nol took advantage of Prince Sihanouk's visit abroad to stage a coup d'état to overthrow the Kingdom of Cambodia, proclaim the Khmer Republic, and officially assume the presidency of the Khmer Republic in 1972.
And the intertwining of domestic and foreign forces has contributed to the turmoil and chaos throughout Cambodia.
At that time, the well-known, largest and largest Chinese-run dock distillery company in Cambodia's Shiju Province was constantly threatened and persecuted by the military despite paying huge "protection fees" to the Cambodian authorities.
Overseas Chinese living near the company have run to the company, hoping to get the protection and assistance of the company and the community, but they still can't resist the gunfire of cambodian soldiers. Eventually, the company was dissolved in 1972.

At the beginning of the establishment of the company, Cambodia was very turbulent, so the boss of the company took a lot of money to the Cambodian army to maintain the security of the company, and the military people also said that you can live here, but in the end it was to no avail. The army forced the company's employees and bosses to live 25 kilometers away, but the roads were full of bandits and chaos.
The Cambodian authorities forced Chinese to cultivate land, dig up land, and build roads, because many people had been doing technical work in the factory and had never laid down the fields, so many people, including the boss, starved to death there. One boss survived and later returned to china.
The company is basically in a state of stagnation, and employees are often idle and worried about their lives every day. I also rarely see large vehicles transporting raw materials and liquor in and out.

Further inside, the path disappeared, and only the mutilated stone pillars could be seen.
Wait until you go deeper into it to find the main entrance of the factory building, and the floor of the factory building is covered with dry leaves, no one has cleaned it, it is a mess - only the silent destruction tells the bitterness of the past.
In April 1975, after the fall of the Lon Nol regime, the Khmer Rouge came to power with a high degree of control and purges.
During this period, "chaos" and "turmoil" were like twin brothers, haunting Cambodians.

It is against the backdrop of this protracted conflict and internal displacement that Cambodia is in disarray and impoverished.
In terms of health facilities, about 21% of Cambodia's poorest quintile must walk more than 5 kilometers to reach a health clinic, and it is difficult to obtain timely medical care, and many people fight for a pill and even cause murders.
In terms of educational facilities, a significant proportion of children drop out of school because their homes are too far from the school and there is a lack of transportation to reach the school within the allotted time.

Therefore, most of the children are idle, contaminated with the bad disease of robbery and looting, and even commit serious crimes at the age of 9.
A Cambodian named "Jiang Sheng" once told reporters:
"I tell you, no one here cares about the affairs of the country, they only care about how to find money and eat enough." It's always chaos here! ”
Chaos and instability inevitably lead to poverty, which in turn can seriously affect the health of the local population.
In the local area, Cambodians often take sick leave, and the symptoms are fever and gastrointestinal discomfort. And the leave time is very long, often more than a week. Some children have even lost their lives to dengue fever.
Although tap water has been popularized in Cambodia's suburban rural areas, the vast majority of rural areas receive unsperited well water, rivers and lakes and even rainwater.
Under such harsh conditions, Cambodia seems to be a purgatory on earth, but Cambodia has another face – it is a paradise for white people.

Cambodia became independent in 1953, 69 years ago.
During this period, the Cambodian regime underwent 4 changes. With each change, Cambodians were one point more miserable, while visiting whites were one point more excited.
This is because the more social unrest there is, the fewer jobs available to the Cambodian people, and many women have embarked on prostitution to survive.
In the 1970s and 1980s, the vast majority of prostitution in Cambodia was run by the underworld, which tended to take tough measures against disobedient women and force them to be manipulated.
Nowadays, the Cambodian police are very severe in their crackdown on the underworld, and many prostitution groups have used coercive means to force women less often in order to avoid police crackdowns and pursuits, on the contrary, many women are mostly engaged in this industry for "voluntary going to the sea".
Taking Indonesian prostitutes as an example, 90% of Indonesian prostitutes in Cambodia are willing to degenerate into the Qinglou.

"In today's society, there is no such thing as forcing good people to become prostitutes, it is all your love and my wishes that can make things happen."

In Cambodia, whites pay only a few dozen dollars to enjoy a full night of service — and these whites are often poor and frustrated in their home countries.
In particular, most cambodian women are from humble origins and have suffered from war, and when they curl up on the chests of white people and cry about their tragic lives, the savior complex in the hearts of these ugly white people will be greatly satisfied.
According to the Ministry of Criminal Justice in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, more than 20,000 women in prostitution were captured in seven years from 2006 to 2013.

The above is the official data, only the prostitutes arrested by the law enforcement agencies are recorded, and the number of prostitutes outside the legal network is unknown.
According to the results of the survey published by the International Labour Organization in 2018, an estimated 40,000 to 150,000 people in Cambodia are involved in prostitution; The most visited prostitutes in Cambodia are from the United States.
Since these studies were carried out at a time when southeast Asian economies were taking off, the number of prostitutes due to the plight of life has inevitably increased since the outbreak of the epidemic.
At the same time, Cambodia is also one of the countries in Southeast Asia where the pornography industry is more rampant, and sex workers in Southeast Asia gather to pick up customers.
The flood of sex workers just caters to the appetite of European and American men - all kinds of women tease the nerves of European and American men.
In December 2016, Cambodian police launched a crackdown on a restaurant in the marina town of Bantei Megyi and a high-end karaoke lounge on the outskirts of Sihanoukville, arresting 60 Vietnamese women who were prostituting in Cambodia, all of whom were purely Americans, even from the same town in Miami, shocking local media.
In addition, many female students from Southeast Asia have also poured into Cambodia for European and American men to have fun, and even take pride in it.
According to the Cambodia Daily in 2018, police raided a karaoke lounge in Phnom Penh and arrested three Vietnamese and four Malaysian women who were fighting for an American man.
Two of the Vietnamese women held "student ID cards" that showed they were studying hospitality and business at a local college.
Such a sight is breathtaking.
After this news broke, many people will attribute Cambodia's pornography industry to the degeneration of women and cambodia's backwardness, but is Cambodia's misfortune really what Cambodians want?
In fact, Cambodia has come to this point, and the United States, as the culprit, should be fully responsible.
Third, the culprit is at large outside the "law"
In fact, it is the United States itself that sows the seeds of evil in Cambodia and constantly waters it and makes it blossom into the flower of evil.

In 1953, French General Longrak handed over military power to King Sihanouk, marking the end of French colonial rule in Cambodia and a new era for Cambodia.
After 90 years of colonization, the Cambodian people cherish their hard-won independence and sovereignty.
However, Cambodia faced difficult diplomatic choices in the early days of its statehood.
At that time, Cambodia was between Thailand and Vietnam, and both Thailand and Vietnam were stronger than Cambodia, and Cambodia had also suffered aggression from both countries in history.
Cambodia therefore hoped for protection from extraterritorial powers.
However, Cambodia had been colonized for a long time and feared becoming a vassal of a foreign power again.
At the same time, as far as the international situation is concerned, the two camps are-for-tat.

To the west, Thailand is in the Western camp, and the U.S.-led Southeast Asia Treaty Organization is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, whose purpose is to curb the development of communist forces;
To the east, the Communist Party of Vietnam, leading the Vietnamese people, was fighting the American invaders and was supported by the communist camp.
Sandwiched between Thailand and Vietnam, Cambodia is also at a head-to-head position between the two camps of the United States and the Soviet Union.
Faced with such a complex situation, Sihanouk believes that a peaceful and neutral foreign policy can maintain national sovereignty.
However, the United States is deeply dissatisfied with Cambodia's policy of neutrality during this period.
Given Cambodia's important political value, the United States strongly demanded that Cambodia join the Southeast Asia Treaty Organization, which is led by the United States.
Sihanouk rejected the U.S. request, arguing that his participation in the group violated the country's neutral foreign policy and could invite a blow from the communist camp.

The United States was disappointed and began to condone thai and South Vietnamese provocations and aggression against Cambodia, and used aid to Cambodia as a bargaining chip to threaten Cambodia not to use force against its U.S. allies.
Sihanouk's intention was to remain completely neutral, to avoid getting involved in the struggle between the two camps, and to fantasize that both camps would respect Cambodia's sovereignty.
However, Cambodia's important political values will inevitably lead to competition from external forces, so Cambodia cannot stay out of the matter and maintain complete neutrality.
However, this time the balance was not successful. Sihanouk's pro-China and anti-American attitude has deviated from neutrality to some extent and has also aroused the hatred of the United States.
The United States is still unable to accept Cambodia, which advocates neutrality, and it is even more hostile to pro-China Cambodia, and it will certainly want to get rid of it quickly.
In March 1970, during Sihanouk's overseas visit, with the support of the United States, the Lon Nol clique staged a coup d'état and established a pro-Western puppet regime.
However, despite the implementation of a one-sided foreign policy towards the United States during the Lon Nol regime, it did not safeguard the sovereignty of the country, but instead made Cambodia a puppet of the United States;
At the same time, it also failed to maintain peace in the country, resulting in a civil war in Cambodia, and the armed forces of various factions united against the Lon Nol regime, and the war continued until the fall of the Lon Nol regime, bringing heavy disasters to the Cambodian people.
After this battle, Cambodia was completely plunged into decadence and confusion - countless landmines were buried underground, and chaos and confusion weighed heavily on the hearts of Cambodians.
And those impoverished by war or landmines are among the poorest in Cambodia.
After more than three decades of war, landmines are a major obstacle to the poor's access to agricultural land and to the vulnerability of people in rural areas.
It is estimated that approximately 4 million to 6 million anti-personnel and anti-tank mines, as well as unexploded ordnance, including approximately 539129 tons of air-to-ground bombs, are buried underground and scattered throughout the country.
According to Cambodia's 2013 census, there are about 300,000 people with disabilities in Cambodia, equivalent to 2.06% of the total population.
The main causes of disability are the large number of mines and unexploded ordnance left over from war.
A farmer named Su Lizhen once said helplessly:
"My family has about 20 hectares of land, three tractors, a car, a motorcycle, and all kinds of farm tools... One day, my workers were driving tractors, and we had mines there, and the tractors were destroyed. Later, the driver died and I had to sell other assets to compensate their families and organize their funerals. Soon after, my husband fell ill with depression and died. There is nothing we can do about the fact that we have become poor. I had to survive in prostitution. ”
Tragedy is a portrayal of the lives of the Cambodian people. But the tragedy doesn't stop there.
Although European and American men are having fun in Cambodia, the US government has intensified its sanctions against Cambodia and exposed its ugliness.
In November 2017, the Trump administration withdrew $1.8 million from aid to the National Election Commission.

The following month, the Trump administration took unwarranted steps to "restrict access to the United States from individuals so-called involved in the destruction of Cambodia."
In Decree 13818, the U.S. Treasury Department sanctioned Hun Sen's bodyguard force commander, Cambodian General Xing Binxian, for "leading an entity that has committed serious human rights abuses" over the past 20 years.
This is the punishment that the United States once rejected cambodia for itself and will still exist.
Because Americans firmly believe in the "American exception", and it stems from this view:
Americans are "God's chosen people" from the "city on top of the mountain" and have the responsibility and obligation to become the "beacon" of democracy and human rights in the world, and to promote the "values of freedom" to the whole world.
In the past, Cambodia had embarrassed itself, so it must be repaid in the future – and in this way, Cambodia fell into hell under the pressure of the United States.
