The modification of the tank was carried out by the Czech 25th Military Plant, which made extensive use of Western subsystems. The British company Perkins provided the T-72M4CZ with a power of 736 kilowatts of CV-12-1000 engines, the American Allison company built the transmission for it, and the auxiliary power system came from the Israeli company Nimda. In addition, the tank is equipped with a fire control system and an optoelectronic integration device produced in Italy.
