Hello everyone, today we share three professional players often do and amateur players do not, I hope you like it!
Today to bring you three skills to distinguish between ordinary players and great players, all great players have this in the skill box, let's take a look at what skills are there:
De Jong turned
The first one is De Jong turning around, which is De Jong's classic action, and if you haven't seen this fake action yet, then you don't know what you're missing.
Figure 1 - De Jong turns around
To do this, we have to catch the pass first and touch the ball, the defender is behind us, and when we touch the ball, we need to make sure we leave enough space for the defender to still follow us.
Figure 2 - Leave enough room
When we touch the ball into space, the body has to move, the shoulders, the head, almost the whole body is moving in one direction, we do this to make the defender believe it, so that the defender will think, he is going to get rid of this direction,
Figure 3 - Enticing the Defenders
Once we do that, the defenders will usually bite us and predict that we'll sprint in that direction, at which point we'll turn around and dribble off.
Figure 4 - Turn around and get rid of it
So it's a very good way for defensive midfielders or even wingers, because we can do that on the wing, pick up the ball at left or right back, touch the ball back a bit, make fake moves, turn around, get rid of it.
Figure 5 - Suitable Scenario
This technique is useful anywhere, we have to practice this movement in training, we have to do this action alone, do everything with a wall, we have to adapt to this movement to use it in the game, once we do it, we become a master.
Messi fake action
Messi is the king of fake action because we know what he's going to do, but we can't stop him, why? Is it simple? What results can I get by using this technique in different situations?
Figure 6 - Messi fake action
Many people may think that they have seen Messi's vague tutorial and think that it is nothing, very simple, but they all lack a high level of cognition, and as we get older, we can really recognize his value.
Figure 7 - Lack of high levels of cognition
The first thing we have to do is sink our shoulders, it's important to know when to throw ourselves out, not just sink our shoulders, we have to put our bodies down, we have to put our heads down, and so on.
Figure 8 - Throw the body out
We also have to know when it's best to do it, messi does a great job of using momentum regularly, which we can see in all of his footage, he often uses the direction of the ball momentum to trick defenders, it seems to stumble over, but these can get him out of it, even if it's just an inch.
Figure 9 - Utilization of Momentum
When we receive the ball, we have to stay light, and then the body sinks, and we notice that the space opens up and the defender is forced to move, and we can react quickly.
Figure 10 - Keep your body light
Messi never wanted to throw everyone off with fake moves, so when we do fake moves, we don't know what to expect, but if we train enough, fake moves become our second nature, and that's what we want.
Figure 11 - Becomes Second Nature
Busquets & Zidane
Below we learn the classic moves of Busquets and Zidane, one of them is a defensive midfielder, the other is an offensive midfielder, Busquets is a master of possession, when the ball reaches his feet, he will make the ball fully move.
Figure 12 - Master of Possession
Unlike De Jong, De Jong will come forward to complete the first touch of the ball, and then do the body fake action, Busquets will do two fake moves, first, when the ball comes, he will come to take the ball, the defender will think, great, he came to take the ball, but he did not, he let the ball pass, fully open the body, and then use the body fake action, from the other direction.
Figure 13 - Perfect fake action
It's a perfect move for a player in the middle, in fact, it's a good move for a striker, if we're at the top of the box, we get a pass, we let the ball into the box and then shoot with our dominant foot, just like that.
Figure 14 - Let the ball go into the penalty area
If we want to add a little more seasoning, add a little change to the fake action, we can do it like Zidane, who usually lets the ball pass through the body, then touches the ball, and lets the ball come back.
Figure 15 - Bring the ball back
In front of a defensive player, we shouldn't break the rules, but he's going to do well, why, because of momentum. He wasn't in a hurry to touch the ball, but used momentum to draw the defender over and then touch the ball in the opposite direction, timing mattered. These are today's tips.
