"At that time, there was no collective economy and characteristic industries in the village, and for the villagers, because there was no better way and no direction could be found, everyone could only grow rice." After joint discussions between the expert guidance, the village "two committees" and the village-based task force, the road for the development of characteristic industries was determined. Under his efforts, the Rongshui County Purple Glutinous Rice Planting Farmers Professional Cooperative was established, which directly led 86 poverty alleviation households to participate and indirectly led 180 poverty alleviation households in the village to develop the purple and black fragrant glutinous industry, and the current annual output value of the purple and black fragrant glutinous industry can reach 2 million yuan / year.

With years of accumulated contacts and experience, Wu Bin went to Guangdong, Zhejiang and other places to connect with the local agricultural product market, and the purple and black incense sticks grown soon opened up sales channels. The rice was sold, the masses increased their income, and Wu Bin won the trust of everyone with practical actions. In 2021, Wu Bin won the title of "Advanced Individual in Poverty Alleviation" in the autonomous region.

Looking at the gratifying changes in the village, Wu Bin's forward steps did not stop. In order to further broaden the channels for increasing income, he organized party members and villagers' representatives to "go out" and go to advanced areas and surrounding townships and towns to broaden their horizons, learn from the experience, and after returning, repeatedly discuss and study. Taking advantage of the geographical advantages of Dali Village that is conducive to tea planting, a farmers' tea organization cooperative was established to drive the masses to participate in the tea planting project, and increased to 1200 mu on the basis of the original 300 mu, and the current harvestable tea area is 1000 mu. Do a good job in land articles, establish an oil tea planting base through land circulation, and the 340 acres of high-quality oil tea planting base in Dali Village can achieve fruit hanging and income generation next year. And mobilize retail households to plant monk fruit, injecting new impetus into industrial development and rural revitalization.
