"There has never been a work content compared with a sales job, can be so faced with the passion of work brought by continuous innovation, can be so faced with uncertainty brought about by the joy of work."

In the interview between the "Vocational Training Window" and Teacher Wu, Xiaobian can feel Teacher Wu's enthusiasm and dedication to work everywhere. Mr. Paul, former direct supervisor and vice president of the Asia Pacific region of the World Fortune 500 ITW Group, said of Mr. Wu: "He brings great passion, vitality and commitment to his work, he is a tireless professional manager, paying attention to details, and has extensive skills and rich experience in technology, marketing and sales management." Business improvement, knowledge update, and continuous innovation of working methods are all Teacher Wu's attitude towards work and life.

Panoramic sales management and sales collaboration under uncertainty

Mr. Wu Bin has been in charge of many work contents in his past career, including technology research and development, sales management, marketing strategy and customer service, etc. In his opinion:

The economic development environment in 2022

The economic situation in 2022 will rise first and then suppress, the market will be glued, the pressure to maintain growth will be affected by internal and external troubles as never before, the international supply chain is accelerating the restructuring, and the entire business has entered the era of intensive management. He believes that the sales work boundary is the longest of all the jobs, especially the B-end business, from customer discovery to final delivery, and finally to after-sales service, the first contact of the supplier that the customer can think of must be our sales colleague, which requires the salesman to understand the panoramic process of the business. We have been pursuing product differentiation, but we have ignored the huge product value that the differentiation of salespeople and sales managers themselves can bring, and even the value of personal IP brands.

Addressing the challenges of uncertainty:

Now the B-end business is not only a test of the salesman's individual combat ability, the confrontation of the enterprise supply chain capability has become a normal trend, especially the ability of the resource system to work together in the face of uncertainty within the enterprise, which often determines the success or failure of the business, which Mr. Wu Bin feels the same. In the words of today's hottest phrase, "everything is possible, the greatest certainty is uncertainty", if you are not prepared to deal with the uncertainty of the business, you will face more and more survival pressure.

Based on the above two observations and business cognition, Mr. Wu has specially created two excellent courses for business development in 2022: "Panoramic Sales Management" and "Sales and Operation Collaborative SIP".

I hope to have a deep opportunity to collide and resonate with my workplace colleagues in the B-end business.

Today, Mr. Wu Bin continues to contribute to his business partners in the toB business area, continuously creates value for his consulting clients, and continues to empower his students and stakeholders.

It's hard work

Blowing away the wild sand begins to reach gold

Winter is coming to an end

Presumably the coming spring

There must have been a babbling stream

Day and night, run to the sea

END
