Yue goose whole body is treasure, goose meat is rich in nutrition, meat is tender, oily but not greasy, unique flavor, in the domestic and Hong Kong and Macao market sales are getting better and better. Especially foie gras in the international market is quite popular, the price of foie gras per kilogram of high-quality foie gras is up to 40 US dollars, a yue goose can generally produce liver 100 ~ 200 grams, after fattening, the liver weight doubles, high up to 700 ~ 900 grams, its value is considerable; goose feathers are high-quality raw materials for the down industry, goose feathers are soft and loose, elastic, good warmth, is a kind of advanced filler, can make a variety of easy to keep warm cold clothing and high-grade bedding, very popular with consumers.
