Wang Junqiang is the ninth batch of cadres of the central unit to aid Tibet. On May 8, 2022, on the way to the countryside to investigate, due to a sudden traffic accident, Wang Junqiang died in the line of duty and laid to rest on the hot land of Henza, which he loved, and his life was fixed at the age of 48.
Before his death, Wang Junqiang served as deputy secretary-general of nagqu municipal government, member of the standing committee of the Shenzha County CPC Committee, and executive deputy county governor. On the same day, Wang Junqiang and two county cadres went to Bazar Township to investigate the problem of desertification of the river, and the vehicle accidentally fell off a 50-meter-high cliff, and Wang Junqiang unfortunately died.

The huge altitude gap between Dalian and Shenza brought strong discomfort to Wang Junqiang's body, often dizzy, nausea, weakness, and diarrhea, but he did not lower his work standards because of the harsh environment. The doctor told him that cold and bumps would aggravate his condition and advised him not to go to the countryside frequently. Multiple firsts create miracles

Taking the opportunity to return to Dalian for a vacation, he specially went to a number of automobile factories to consult with skilled workers, designed and customized the first traction herding car suitable for herders in Naqu Pastoral Area, and solved 10 herding vehicles for 2 townships in the early stage, so that Shenza County took the lead in taking a big step in the livable project of grazing points, and effectively improved the living conditions of herders.
The roof of the herder has a fan, sun panels, which can generate electricity, and searchlights are installed to prevent brown bears and wolves from approaching; Inside the car, there are washstands, beds, cow dung stoves, and can be hung behind tractors during the transition. The village of Doqiong in Talma Township has not been connected to electricity for many years, and the solar panels with limited storage capacity are the only reliance on herders. After learning this news, Wang Junqiang was particularly attentive, conducted field research many times, and contacted a number of Liaoning enterprises through personal relations to raise 4 million yuan. During the construction of the project, he encountered many difficulties such as site selection and ecological assessment, and some people advised him not to do it, but Wang Junqiang did not give up, he said: "Think about the happy scene where the herdsmen here can use electricity, it is not difficult to do anything." ”

On this day, he sowed the seeds of the Internet economy for this remote town in northern Tibet; This day also happens to be the 20th anniversary of the marriage of Wang Junqiang and his wife.
