How it works
American Edmunds high-precision block tester is available in 127mm and 508mm models, with the same efficiency and accuracy level, they are composed of two sensor probes above and below to provide real point-to-point measurements, each of the two probes has its own power supply, amplification circuit and control part. The two signals are compared on an electronic instrument and produce a precise difference that reproduces the true dimensions of the workpiece. For a low friction response the upper and lower two diamond probes are suspended on an equal footing with each other.
