At a time when the countryside is becoming increasingly marginalized, there are a number of inheritors and watchmen of local culture, so that the strange talents will not wither away. However, these "watchmen" have no place on the cultural map of the city, and many government agencies do not have such posts, but ignore the excavation of "local history and culture", and put some folk localities, nostalgia, and rural sounds outside the local culture, resulting in "forgotten corners". Fortunately, in recent years, it has been awakened and sorted into some intangible cultural heritage. However, the intensity is not large, and many historical and cultural heritage and cultural heritage need to be excavated and sorted out.
After I retired, I wrote in the case of the case, worked tirelessly, spent twenty years to compile nearly 100 episodes of "Guyu Local Culture", studied nearly 10,000 pieces of xiangxian culture, nearly 10 million words, although it can not fully reflect the cultural panorama of Ma'anshan area, but also paved the way for the excavation and protection of human resources, becoming a veritable "watchman" who inherits the local history and culture.
The yearning given by the countryside to future generations is not only natural life, but also thick cultural nourishment and civilization edification. Such as: rural history and culture, ancestral hall culture, genealogy culture and family, family style education, filial piety culture, etc., these traditional cultural essences, imperceptibly into everyone's heart, play an immeasurable role in rural civilization and new rural construction. Among them, in particular, some folk cultural figures strive to retain the roots of local culture, they inherit the genes of local civilization, inherit and promote in the field of local culture, and actively assume responsibility, which has played a role that cannot be underestimated. Inheriting and promoting local culture requires "watchmen", so it is necessary to strengthen the establishment of archives of folk artists; Establish local cultural training courses or relevant local literary and artistic institutions to support rural cultural people in terms of material and organizational forms; Actively promote the innovation and development of local culture and art, introduce new ones under the premise of retaining the original characteristics, and develop new and modern forms of expression of local art according to market needs; Actively promote rural cultural people to go to the market, help them establish a set of folk art display platforms and mechanisms, and expand the market popularity and social influence of local cultural products while improving their working and living conditions.
