Self-developed bottlenecks that are difficult to solve

Under the topic of "whether Honor has the ability to develop self-developed chips", many people replied that although Honor has taken away many of Huawei's research and development teams, it is likely that it does not have self-research capabilities such as processor chips (AP) and baseband chips BB.
