Spicy squid flowers
Ingredients: 250 g squid, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons fresh soy sauce, 1 tablespoon bean paste, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 10 g ginger, cooked white sesame seeds to taste
Method:
1. Wash the soaked squid
2. Cut into slices with a flower knife
3: Add 1 tablespoon of watercress paste, 4 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of fresh soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the bowl and mix well, prepare ginger slices and white sesame seeds
4: Pour water into the pot and add ginger slices to a boil
5: Pour the sliced squid into boiling water and add cooking wine and other squid curls and pick them up
6: Add a teaspoon sesame oil to a boil
7: Pour the squid into the pan and cook until a few moments
8: Sprinkle white sesame seeds in a bowl and enjoy
