Thick film heating tube
At present, it is mainly used in instant desktop drink purifiers and instant boiling water machines, such as Midea, Biyunquan, Yunmi and other large brands are being applied in batches. This type of heating body I am most familiar with, the use of precious metal electronic paste (palladium silver or sodium metal oxide), after many screen printing and high temperature sintering, material costs and processing costs are high. Common suppliers in the market are Keppel Foshan, Dongguan Zuoyou and Xinxiang Jieda.
Wire-wrapped heating tube
Mainly used in the hot water dispenser and pocket water dispenser mainly, occasionally desktop drinking machine customers use, large customers import less; this type of heating pipe is the stainless steel heating wire wrapped in the stainless steel pipe after sintering insulation medium, the cost is slightly lower than the thick film heating pipe. Common suppliers are Ningbo Wanhong and Jiangsu Yangtian.
Wire-wound heating tube
Nanofilm quartz tubes
Mainly used in portable water dispensers (pocket machines), many brands are in the OEM machine, such as Meijiusu; the use of quartz pipes as a substrate, through the chemical vapor deposition process to prepare a heating layer, the cost is much lower than the thick film heating tube. Common suppliers are Wuhu Ayrda and Ningbo Qixi.
Ceramic heating tube
Such heating bodies are mainly used in smart toilets and smart toilet lids, such as Panasonic, Toshiba, Novida, American Standard and other brands are used. This type of alumina ceramic heating tube is made of high temperature sintering after the tungsten slurry is cast in the blank, and the specific cost is unknown. Common suppliers are Kyocera of Japan, Dongguan Guoyan Electric Heating, Shaanxi Kairui Hongxing and so on.
