马哈菩提佛塔

建于Htilominlo国王时期，是蒲甘唯一一座印度、孟加拉式建筑。以三角形的主塔为中心，四周围满了小型的副塔，塔座围着三层石刻佛像，塔身呈金字塔形，堆满了内凹形佛龛，里面都有佛像，密密麻麻，形态各异。佛塔的建筑风格在整个蒲甘独树一帜，与众不同，非常容易辨认。

马哈菩提佛塔的塔尖部分共分为七层，代表佛用了七周时间成道的经过。最底下的一层代表了佛在菩提树下开始打坐第一周的形象；第二层的意思是佛在菩提树下冥想；第三层的意思是佛为了证明他已经得到了启蒙在空中金桥上上下走动；第四层刻画了佛创造了一个加拉宝石的房子用于在里面冥想；第五层刻画了佛在菩提树下打坐的时候，有三个美丽的恶魔马拉的女儿企图阻挠佛的冥想，但没有成功；第六层描述的是佛在Mucalinda树下打坐下雨的时候，大量的蛇出现并将佛的身体包裹住以及盘在佛的头上，帮助佛温暖和干燥；第七层讲述佛在rajayatana树下进行第七周冥想期间，出现了两个商人，提供了年糕和蜂蜜给佛享用，佛对商人阐述了佛法和佛教教义，商人在听了之后自觉成为了佛的追随者的故事。#微头条日签# #跟着头条看世界#
