Traveling to southern Jiangsu, Jinling (Nanjing), "Su Xichang", Yangzhou, Jingkou (Zhenjiang), can be described as a beautiful scenery everywhere, there are many stories, and the small town of Guazhou is a scenic spot that I unexpectedly harvested on the way from Yangzhou to Jingkou (Zhenjiang).
Jingkou is the ancient name of Zhenjiang Three Kingdoms Era, guazhou is a small town on the yangzhou river. Since the ancient Yangtze River Graben divided Yangzhou and Zhenjiang on both sides of the river, guazhou is the only way from Yangzhou to Zhenjiang.

Guazhou is located at the confluence of the ancient canal and the Yangtze River in the southwest of Yangzhou, across the river from the Jinshan Temple in Zhenjiang. "Guazhou has been known as "the first Xiong town in Jianghuai" and "a thousand-year-old ferry" since ancient times. In 1994, I once crossed the river here by ferry because I went to Jiangyin for a mission, and now a cable-stayed "Runyang Bridge", which is known as the second in the world's Third Asia, connects the two ancient cities into one, and the bridge connects the ancient town of Yangzhou in the north to Guazhou and the ancient town of Jiangzhou to the south.

Today, it takes a few minutes from Guazhougu to cross the Runyang Bridge to Zhenjiang. During the Three Kingdoms period, Sun Quan of Eastern Wu built a capital here, and after moving the capital to Nanjing, it was renamed Jingkou, and the Sui and Tang Dynasties were also called Runzhou. Zhenjiang is located in a traffic fortress, the Yangtze River east-west shipping, the Grand Canal runs through the north and south, therefore, this place has been a place of contention for soldiers since ancient times. However, the most famous is the legend of "water flooding the golden mountain Fahai Shiwei". It is said that the legendary Fa Haishi is the temple ancestor Pei Touto, who is the son of The Tang Dynasty Prime Minister Pei Xiu, who practiced in this Zexin Temple, and one day dug up some gold on the mountain and built the temple with the golden repair temple, and the mountain was named Jinshan, and the people of Zexin Temple changed it to Jinshan Temple.
From this point of view, "Fahai" is classified as a "good person", but historical legends are legends after all, and no one can change history. Mr. Tao, the tour guide, said that a few years ago, someone found a white snake, a green snake, and a golden python on the mountain, and raised it in a room, thinking that it was the apparition of the white lady, which confirmed the legend of the white snake. However, if you want to see this object, you need to pay an additional ticket price of thirty yuan per person, and no one in the team has this interest. Originally a beautiful legend, it was really worse than "painting a snake and adding feet".
