On June 24, China Rongtong Group and China Everbright Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing. Wen Gang, secretary of the party group and chairman of the board of directors of the group company, Ma Zhengwu, deputy secretary of the party group and general manager, Li Xiaopeng, secretary of the party committee and chairman of China Everbright Group, and Wu Lijun, deputy secretary of the party committee, vice chairman and general manager, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of the contract. Wen Gang thanked China Everbright Group for its support to China Rongtong Group and introduced the establishment and operation of China Rongtong Group. He said that China Everbright Group was the "bridgehead" in the early stage of China's reform and opening up and the forerunner of the construction of national financial holding groups, and played an important role in the financial fields such as banking, securities and insurance, and in the industrial fields of environmental protection, tourism and health. The two sides have carried out several rounds of communication and exchanges in the fields of integrated financial services and strategic emerging industries, and have extensive cooperation space. The signing of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement marks a new level of cooperation between the two sides, and the two sides will establish a daily communication and coordination mechanism to promote the implementation of the agreement and jointly contribute to serving the country's economic and social development.
Li Xiaopeng thanked China Rongtong Group for its support to China Everbright Group and introduced the basic situation of China Everbright Group. He said that with the signing of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, the two sides will cooperate in the five major financial fields such as commercial banks, investment banks, insurance, trusts and investment businesses through an efficient, pragmatic and innovative cooperation model, and five major industries such as environmental protection, tourism, health, science and technology, and the whole industrial chain of aircraft. It is hoped to promote the formation of an effective cooperation and implementation mechanism and grasp the implementation of the agreement.
