Recently, Shanghai Harbor striker Ricardo López said in an interview with Brazil's "Reims Sport" that he will try to transform himself this season.

Talk about personal goals

I was constantly motivated in my "second year" (note: López's second season at Harbor). I still try to score more goals for the club and improve my efficiency. I really want to transform myself this season.

Talk about team goals

We will continue to work hard to win the league title, which is very important to every member of this club. Each of us must do our best to achieve the goal of winning the championship.

Born in 1990, López played for Fortaleza, Jeju United and Jeonbuk Hyundai, helping the team successfully lift the AFC Champions League trophy during his time in Jeonbuk. He joined Shanghai Haigang from Jeonbuk at the beginning of last year for a transfer fee of 1 million euros, and performed well at the beginning of the season, but his performances have slowly become mediocre, and Haigang only finished fourth in the league last season and did not even taste a victory in the knockout stage, setting the worst record in the league after SIPG joined the group, in large part because López's performance did not meet expectations. In the first stage of this year's league, López scored 4 goals in 14 appearances, and overall his personal performance has not improved.
