Among them, the first phase of the residential resettlement project covering an area of 237 mu and a total construction area of 560,000 square meters started in December 2018, was completed and delivered in June this year, and the lottery and house selection were completed in July, and is currently being handed over and settled, more than 1,000 villagers in fangjiayang village, Wanwei Chen village and Ma'anqiao village in the east district moved to a new house as scheduled; the main body of the second phase of residential resettlement R25-1 plot covering an area of 141 mu and a total construction area of 380,000 square meters has also been completed and will be completed and delivered in February 2022.

In terms of industrial resettlement, 5 cases of industrial resettlement land were sold for 469 mu. Among them, the industrial park pilot area covering an area of 30 mu and a construction area of 42,000 square meters and the first phase of the industrial park covering an area of 155 mu and a construction area of 270,000 square meters have been delivered and used in the second half of 2020, and the shoe industry enterprises have successively settled in the park; the main body of the M23-1 plot with an area of 86 mu and a total construction area of 120,000 square meters has been topped out and is scheduled to be completed and delivered in October this year. Other resettlement projects that have already started are also advancing in an orderly manner as planned.

Supporting projects are implemented synchronously. In terms of the construction of the municipal road network, the Zhonghua Road North Extension Project has completed the subgrade filling and bridge project, and has completed 90% of the total project volume; the first section of the Chuan'an Road North Extension Project has been completed; the Hengfeng Avenue has completed the bidding for the project and has started construction; the Fengyao Road Reconstruction Project has been opened to traffic in February this year; the Wei'er Road has completed the subgrade filling, and 85% of the total project volume has been completed; the construction of the Link between shugang Highway and Hengfeng Avenue has started, and the beam pile project intersecting with the S1 line of the municipal railway has been completed. In terms of land reclamation, the first phase of the Fangjiayang and Wanweichen reclamation projects completed construction, revitalizing 120 mu of construction land; the Qianyang Village reclamation project has completed acceptance, and the revitalizing construction land is 90 mu. The relocation projects of Hengfeng No. 2 Primary School and No. 9 Middle School, which are planned to be newly built in the region, have completed the preparation and preliminary design of the project proposal, and are currently being selected for site selection and plan approval.

On the same day, Lin Qiang and his party inspected the second phase of jingsi Road (north extension of Zhonghua North Road) project, the shugang highway and the Hengfeng Avenue connection project, and held a centralized meeting to listen to the reports made by relevant units on the global transformation work.
