Selected exhibition of "Sanxitang Fa Ti" in the library collection
The art of calligraphy is the crystallization and treasure of Chinese national culture, with a broad and profound cultural connotation and great cultural charm.
The Sanxitang Fa Ti in the library collection of Huazhong Agricultural University is a precious rare book in the existing Sanxi Tang Fa Ti in China. The Full Name of the Sanxitang Shiqu Baodi Fa Ti is one of the famous Hui carved congs of the Qing Dynasty. A total of 340 relics of the Fashu of the Wei Jin to The Ming Dynasty were compiled and inscribed, and arranged in chronological order, beginning with Zhong Xuan's "Straight Table of Recommendation Seasons", the last volume being Dong Qichanglin's "Chu Suiliang Ni Kuanzan", containing Wang Xizhi's "Qing Ti in the Fast Snow", Wang Xianzhi's "Mid-Autumn Festival Paste", Wang Xun's "Boyuan Ti" and other treasures. In addition, the Fa Ti also selected more than 200 kinds of inscriptions on the Fa Shu, and more than 1,600 square seals on the handwriting. Its well-carved and voluminous volumes can be called the A view of cong ti.
The collection of the "Sanxitang Dharma" is a physical object
Ancient books are the soul of the library. In recent years, the library of Huazhong Agricultural University has attached great importance to the protection of ancient books and documents of the Republic of China. On the basis of the previous work, the ancient book protection and document digitization project was launched in 2020, and in the same year, a total of 32 volumes of the "Sanxitang Fa Ti" were counted from the uncompiled books in the collection. This exhibition is 17 of these works.
Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out in his speech at the literary and art work forum: "Calligraphy, Chinese painting, etc. are all cultural treasures of the mainland." In the treasure house of mainland calligraphy art, the Sanxitang Fa Ti is like the brightest star on the sky at night on the plateau. Whether it is selected posts or engraved, the "Sanxitang Fa Ti" embodies a sincere, pure, free and vibrant spiritual temperament that is different from the previous series of posts.
This exhibition is held on the occasion of the alternation of the Lion Mountain Reading Festival and the Art Festival, aiming to highlight the beauty of faith and sublime beauty, deepen the understanding of the excellent traditional Chinese culture through classic literature reading and art appreciation, cohesion, vigor and vitality, and move towards the future.
