According to Cambodian media sources, Frasers Hospitality, a subsidiary of Singapore's top property developer Frasers Property Group, will enter the Cambodian market and will soon open 3 hotels in Phnom Penh.
By 2026, Frasers Will Have Three Hotels in Phnom Penh's main business district:
Capri by Fraser, with 88 rooms, opened in October 2022;
Capri by Fraser, with 78 rooms, to be completed in 2024;
Fraser Residence Sen Sok, with 200 rooms, to be completed in 2026.
Ms Tonya Khong, Senior Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific at Frasers International, said Phnom Penh had grown into a thriving and vibrant city over the past decade, and coupled with Cambodia's strong youth growth and the government's strong measures to combat the outbreak, the company was confident of importing the Frasers International hotel brand into Cambodia.
She said the three hotels will be put into operation in the next few years and are ready to welcome the return of travelers under the opportunity of the 2023 Southeast Asian Games and the RCEP agreement.
