Alliance Stormwind City
In Church Square in Stormwind City, after talking to the orphan guardian Netingal, we will be given a task (level 10) to take care of the child during Child Week, using the orphan sentry in the backpack to summon the child you want to take care of.
The Alliance character summons human orphans, and out of curiosity about Azeroth, the little one can't wait to tour. You need to take human orphans to visit the embassy in Stormwind City, take a motorcycle tour from Sentinel Ridge in the Western Wilderness, and visit the old Iron Furnace Castle under the Iron Furnace Castle Throne Hall.
After visiting the above locations separately, the little guy remembered the new ice cream that had recently been well received at the orphanage, the ice pick cones, and he wanted to try it. This simple request, of course, must be fulfilled, and we can find Hans Cool Furnace near the blue hermit door in the mage area to buy it.
He also wants to fly a kite with you, and you can find Krag Shaker on the canal outside the Storm City trade district to buy a kite dragon toy bag to fly with.
After playing, eating and drinking, the little guy said that this happiness could not be enjoyed by him alone, and that it was better to be happy alone than to be happy, and he wanted a styrofoam sword stand to take back to the orphanage to share with other children. This offer cannot be rejected, just go to Krag Shaker and buy one.
Tribe Ogrima
Bartville, the orphan custodian at Orgrimmar, will give us a task [Child Week] (level 10 required) to take care of the child during Child Week. Using the Orc Orphan Sentry, you can summon the child you want to take care of (follow-up missions are also picked up and delivered through the orphan sentry).
The summoned little guy is full of curiosity about Azeroth, and wants us to take him to visit the Embassy of Ogrema, experience Isara's rocket car, and go to the red stone of Thunder Cliff to see the deceased Minotaur Chief.
After the game, the little one wants to eat an ice pick cone, which we can buy from Snicks Quickfreeze in the Ogrema Goblin Slum.
When we ate ice cream, we saw a glimmer of longing in the eyes of the little guy, who had always wanted to have a kite dragon of his own. Such a cute little child, of course, to buy him, we can find Brex Bottled Rocket in the Ogrema Dark Alley area to buy.
Before returning, we found the Brex Bottled Rocket again and purchased a foam plastic sword rack to give to the little one as a souvenir.
Return to the orphanage
After completing the above steps, it is time to take the little one back to the orphanage to find a guardian, the little one wants to thank us for his favorite little pet (one of the four, namely: pig collar, mouse cage, turtle box, snail shell), if you don't want a pet, there are two other rewards to choose from: "pet care kit" (contains some pet supplies) or "bad old man's bribe" (including 5 gold).
Northend
In the Sunset Square in Northend Dalaran, after talking to the orphan custodian Arya, 2 missions (requiring level 10) will be displayed, and we can only choose to take care of one of the children, using the orphan whistle in the backpack to summon the child you want to take care of.
Summon the child of your choice, out of curiosity about Northend, who can't wait to tour and take it to the Winter Scale Sanctuary (Oracle Orphan) in the North Wind Tundra/Drifting Snow Woodlands in the Keel Wilderness (Wolverine Orphan), the Bronze Dragon Sanctuary in the Keel Wilderness, and the Grey Throat Fort in the Grizzly Hills.
After visiting the above locations separately, the little one said that he wanted to see the beautiful Red Dragon Queen, Alex Tassa, the oath of life. We can find the Red Dragon Queen on the top floor of the Dragon Sleep Shrine in the Keel Wilderness.
After meeting with the Red Dragon Queen, the Oracle Orphan Ruru expressed that he also wanted to see the Great Creator and could go to the Stage of the Shapers through the boundary gate of the Soracha Basin to find the Original Stone Statue, while the Wolf badger orphan Koko said that he wanted to meet the powerful Hermit Nesinwari, who could be found at camp Nesinwari in the Soracha Basin.
After completing the above steps, the little ones' last wish must be fulfilled. Find Yebito Jobas, owner of the Dalaran Fantastic Toy Store, to buy a small paper airship and give it to them.
Return to the orphanage
At the end of the tour, it's time to take the little ones back to their respective orphanages to find a guardian to complete the task (the pet's reward is not in the mission but will later receive an email with the corresponding pet). If you've already earned the corresponding pet, you can choose one of the quest rewards: Pet Care Pack (which contains some pet supplies) or "Bad Old Man's Bribe" (which contains 5 gold).
Kurtiras/Zandalar

During the festival, the "Orphanage Westerson" in Anchor Corner Lane in Burales will provide "Children's Week" missions, allowing you to take your children out during Children's Week to see more about the world. Use the Orphan Sentry to summon an orphan to meet his requirements.
Using the Orphan Sentry to summon the little one, this guy was obviously very curious about Kurtillas and wanted to take a tour.
He takes the little guy to Liberty Town to visit a pirate, who gets a pirate hat; the barbarian camp visits the barbarians and experiences riding the griffin; and then goes to the Sailor's Coast to watch the "Octopus Palace" with the tide sages.
Then the little guy wanted to go to druswa's Arom's Platform to meet the Eagle Trainer, and also wanted to see the Druid in the Orfa's Den.
Zandalar
During the festival, Dasaro's "Caretaker Pad" offers a Children's Week mission where the clan's players take a little girl to explore Zandalar during Child's Week, using the Orphan Sentry to summon orphans to meet her requirements.
Using the Orphan Sentry to summon Azara, she wanted us to take her to meet the different gods of Zandalar.
The little girl was very curious about the gods, and we took her all the way to see paku, the god of the wind, The Lord of the Beasts, Gunk, and the giant frog Kagwart, and almost used as a snack by the big frog!
Then the little girl also wanted to see the Snake Man Queen and Treasure Island, and she almost broke into trouble when her curiosity was so excited, but fortunately we were around to take care of her.
Return to the orphanage
After completing the above steps, take your little one back to the orphanage and you can complete the mission to receive the following pet rewards (choose one of four), and if you don't want a pet, there are two other rewards to choose from: "Pet Care Kit" (which contains some pet supplies) or "Bad Old Man's Bribe" (including 5 gold).
