In the face of the severe cold of minus 28 degrees, Liu Liang carried 40 kilograms of equipment, sneaked into the bone-chilling ice water to fight for more than 1 hour, after the successful salvage, Liu Liang, who was frozen like a "popsicle", almost lost consciousness, and the families of the people who fell into the water were touched and thanked them one after another.
