The 34th round of La Liga kicked off last night. Real Madrid beat Espanyol 4-0 at home to win the league in four early rounds. It is also the 35th league title for Real Madrid. Spaniard's Chinese player Wu Lei came off the bench in the match.
It is worth mentioning that Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti also set a historical record. He became the first head coach in history to win the league title in five major leagues.
In the 2003–04 season, Ancelotti coached AC Milan to win the Serie A title. In 2009–10, he led Chelsea to the Premier League title. This was followed by the 2012–13 season, when he coached Paris Saint-Germain to win the Ligue 1 title.

After leaving Paris, Ancelotti coached Real Madrid. During his first time at Real Madrid, he helped the team win the 2013–14 Champions League title, but failed both times to la Liga. In particular, in the 2014-15 season, Ancelotti led Real Madrid to achieve 22 consecutive wins in all competitions, leading by 8 points in the league, and the result was a collapse in the second half of the course.
