What is wet evil? Where does body wetness come from?
In Chinese medicine, wet evil is one of the six evils in nature (wind, cold, summer, wet, dry, and fire).
The human body mainly has two kinds of external dampness (moisture enters through the mouth and nose through breathing, or penetrates through the skin) and internal humidity (spleen and stomach function dereliction of duty), and wet evil also has the characteristics of stickiness, heavy turbidity, and downward (going to the lower part of the human body).

There are 9 symptoms of moisture in the body
1. Obese body shape, puffy body, eye bags: those who have moisture in the body, most of them are plump or obese. If the eyelids are puffy or the eye bags are obvious when you get up in the morning, it means that the moisture in the body is heavier, as long as the moisture is removed, people will naturally lose weight.
2. Fatigue and lack of energy, poor mental health: inactivity often feel tired, tired, do not even want to say, especially after meals are more obvious, nestled on the sofa lazy to get up. But after proper exercise, fatigue lessens or disappears. After waking up, such people will still feel very tired, mentally poor, very depressed, and depressed, but as long as they are active, the fatigue will disappear, and people will become more energetic. Rotating waist: the body is upright, the feet are separated, the shoulders are the same width, the hands are crossed at the waist, 4 fingers are in the front, the thumb is in the back; with the lumbar spine as the axis, according to the forward → the left → the back extension → the order of right rotation to do rotational movements, 9 times each of the waist, clockwise and counterclockwise.
