Relatively speaking, the population in the grid is largely mobile, there are many rental houses, and the elderly are mostly there, and since I have encountered many difficulties in my work since serving as a grid inspector, I tried my best to overcome and think differently in case of trouble, and everyone understood each other and twisted into a rope, which greatly improved the efficiency of community work.
During the epidemic prevention and control period, time is life, the workload is large and the task is complicated, it is necessary to knock on the door from house to investigate, some residents do not understand, grumpy, inevitably noisy, we are patient, smiling, patient, enthusiastic communication with residents, to ensure that the residents' information registration is complete; some people have no one at home, we use the rest time, overtime to smoke noon, night, or weekend time to go to the door to ensure that the epidemic investigation in the community is fully covered without blind spots.
In the grid I am responsible for, there are more elderly people, so the residents are more vigilant and vigilant. In this regard, I insist on starting from the details bit by bit, and strive to achieve the four words of "courtesy, detail, sincerity and faith" in the daily information collection process.
