On the morning of September 29, the first plenary meeting of the Fifth Committee of the Communist Party of China in Lincang Was held at the Municipal Conference Center. The meeting elected members of the Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Fifth Lincang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.
Yang Haodong was entrusted by the presidium of the Fifth Congress of the Communist Party of China in Lincang City to preside over the meeting.
At this meeting, 51 members of the municipal party committee and 10 alternate members shall be present, and 49 members of the municipal party committee and 8 alternate members shall be present at the meeting, which shall meet the prescribed number.
Tang Weidong, head of the provincial party committee election guidance group, and members attended the meeting for guidance.
Entrusted by the presidium of the congress, Zhang Zhizheng read out the approval of the provincial party committee and explained the list of candidates for the standing committee, secretary and deputy secretary of the Fifth Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the meeting adopted the "Election Measures for the First Plenary Session of the Fifth Committee of the Communist Party of China in Lincang City".
After secret ballot, the meeting elected members of the Standing Committee, secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Fifth Committee of the Communist Party of China in Lincang City. Yang Haodong was elected secretary of the municipal party committee, Zhang Zhizheng and Yang Yu were elected deputy secretaries of the municipal party committee, and Zhao Zijie, Li Guanghui, Jiang Shiliang, Li Shouzhi, Gu Bingzhan, Chen Changyan, Qian Kaibo and Qiu Ming were elected as members of the standing committee of the municipal party committee.
